A. M. Homes is the author of the memoir The Mistress’s Daughter and the novels This Book Will Change Your Life, Music for Torching, and The Safety of Objects. Her new novel, May We Be Forgiven, takes a darkly comic look at 21st-century domestic life. Homes lives in New York City.
Some Favorite Writers This series of readings is organized by Mona Simpson, author of My Hollywood, Anywhere But Here, and Off Keck Road. Readings are followed by discussions with Simpson.

All Hammer public programs are free. Hammer members receive priority seating, subject to availability.
