Net Impact UCLA presents an interactive Q&A Panel of established founders, CEOs, and professionals in the non-profit and social enterprise sectors to discuss industry-specific topics such as scaling and sustainability, impact modeling, life as a social entrepreneur, career, and more.

Our distinguished speakers are selected as among LA's top rising social entrepreneurs. Here is a short bio of each panelist:

Ann Wang, Co-founder and CEO of Enrou

Co-founder and CEO of Enrou, an online central marketplace for consumers to buy products from socially conscious fashion and lifestyle brands that work in community development around the globe. Ann was featured in Forbes 30 under 30 and was awarded winner of the Forbes Under 30, named Socal Tech Top 50 to Watch and also received the UCLA Alumni Award in 2015.

Sam Polk, Founder and CEO of Everytable

Former hedge fund trader, author of the book For the Love of Money, co-founder and CEO of Everytable, a social enterprise that sells fresh, delicious meals at prices everyone can afford; and the founder and executive director of Groceryships, a nonprofit that helps low-income families struggling with food-related illnesses like obesity and diabetes.

Gayle Northrop, President of Northrop Nonprofit Consulting

Gayle Northrop is a consultant, coach and educator, and president of Northrop Nonprofit Consulting, a firm specializing in strategic planning, organizational development and leadership development for nonprofits, social enterprises and non-governmental organizations worldwide. She also teaches social entrepreneurship at UCLA and has worked in South Africa to launch a nonprofit supporting social and systems entrepreneurship.

Kristen Green, Portfolio Associate at REDF

Holds an M.S. in Social Entrepreneurship from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and is a portfolio associate REDF, supporting its national social enterprise portfolio in a myriad of ways, including conducting research, developing tools, executing due diligence, and crafting smart strategies.
