Additional Information

The UCLA Quechua class presents its fifth annual academic and cultural activity, a celebration of “Runa-Kikin Shutichina”.

This celebration serves to acknowledge the growing presence of indigenous culture throughout the world, as well as pay tribute to those groups that have managed to maintain their cultural identities despite historical prejudice and persecution.

Additionally, this event aims to support the campaign to preserve the indigenous language and cultures of the Americas, with a focus on the Quechua language.
