Additional Information

Intolerance: Love's Struggle Through the Ages (1916) directed by D.W. Griffith. Griffith’s experiment in monumental cross cutting leaps between historical epochs—from the fall of Babylon to then present-day America—to draw parallels between moments of injustice, transforming the art of cinema in the process.
