Explore the jewels of Indian cuisine with chef and food journalist Kaumudi Marathé.

Join us for a trip to an off-site chef’s kitchen where Kaumudi will demonstrate the versatility of Indian spices and serve some delicious bites. She will then lead the group to a nearby Indian market and offer assistance in selecting fresh ingredients to use in your own home.

Kaumudi founded www.Un-Curry.com in 2007 to shatter the myth that all Indian foods are curries!
